Hinoki oil is harvested during the fall and winter months in Japan, typically on the new moon days, when the water content in the wood is minimal. This makes the wood more potent in its aromatic oils, and also creates more durable wood for construction when dried. Hinoki oil is known to have benefits for relaxing the nervous system, a perfect way to de-stress. Blended with vetiver, cedarwood and Iliahi (Hawaiian Sandalwood), this spray transports you into a pristine ancient forest.
